1. Order Cancellation
Due to custom setup of loom parameters, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of proforma invoice issuance prior to cutting or warping.
2. Defective Goods Claim
Any non-conforming batch claims must be submitted to info@krishnatraders.space within 7 business days of delivery with photographic evidence for review, replacement, or credit note issuance.
3. Monetary Refunds
Approved refunds are processed via NEFT/RTGS within 7–10 working days.
